FaxFacts voice mail and voice broadcasting for Windows NT and DOS provides standard voice messaging capabilities such as save, delete, replay, partial replay and playback of last 3 seconds of current message. A unique feature of FaxFacts is the ability to replay messages in reverse order and not restricted to first in/first out mode. You can pick up messages from a remote site also. For central playback and transcription, FaxFacts contains a utility to play back messages through a standard sound card on your PC. Mailbox greeting messages and passwords are the control of the mailbox owner.

Voice under broadcasting allowing you to send voice messages at a predetermined time to a list of phone numbers. The software can even detect an answering machine, so a message can be left. When used with FaxFacts Fax-On-Demand, the caller can use hook flash transfer to the operator or cause a fax to be sent. The software also provides log files and status information.

FaxFacts supports 96 ports per server, 99 Million menus, and 99 Million mailboxes. Multiple servers are supported for load sharing and/or redundancy.
