Copia Announces Fax Mail/IVR for TeleVantage
Copia is now offering Fax Mail/IVR software at special pricing
to Artisoft TeleVantage resellers who wish to install it on their
in-house NFR copies of TeleVantage!

Naperville, IL, July 26, 2000 -- Copia is extending
special pricing on its FaxFacts Fax Mail and IVR software to Artisoft
TeleVantage Resellers.
Copia has been working over the past year to integrate
its fax mail and IVR software into the TeleVantage UnPBX telephony
server. Copia is now offering that software at special pricing to
Artisoft TeleVantage reseller who wish to install it on their in-house
NFR copies of TeleVantage.
Steve Hersee, President of Copia said "The best

system was upgraded." Telephony system like TeleVantage are
designed to replace cumbersome office PBX systems. They are able
to bring voice calls directly to the user's desktop where the user

When FaxFacts Fax Mail is added to the system, faxes may be routed
to designated folders for users or placed in their email inbox.
The IVR component of FaxFacts allows custom call handling and routing.
