Las Vegas, NV COMDEX Fall November 12, 2001…Copia
International, Ltd., Naperville, IL announces support for Artisoft's
TeleVantage Version 4 phone system. Copia, a leader in the messaging
software market with its family of products, CopiaFacts recently
entered the financial services marketplace by offering both phone
and fax solutions. As an Artisoft reseller, Copia was able to integrate
its CopiaFacts product with the TeleVantage system to create a Windows
based loan processing application for their customer National Money
Services.
Steve Hersee, President of Copia International, explained
how the system works. "When someone is interested in obtaining
a loan through National Money, they place a telephone call. Through
the IVR, information is gathered as to whether the caller is a new
customer or an existing customer. A new customer is faxed an application
and instructions. An existing customer can automatically initiate
or renew a short-term loan via the IVR, since the original loan
document was created in the fax server when the customer set up
the loan. The system then automatically sends a document ID number
and a confirmation that the loan request was accepted. The cash
is then deposited into the caller's account."
Any business can use the call center functionality
offered by TeleVantage Version 4 and the faxing or e-mail solutions
by CopiaFacts Version 7. TeleVantage also offers advanced queue
routing, trend reports, real-time statistics tracing, remote IP
agent supports, agent monitoring/coaching, and recording features
such as multiple music on hold for different businesses. The CopiaFacts
suite of communications solutions include FaxFacts, VoiceFacts and
E-MailFacts with available features such as desktop faxing, mail
merge to fax, custom coversheets, easy document conversion, open
API capabilities, fax-on-demand, email broadcasting, IVR, and voice
broadcasting.
