CopiaFacts Remains at the Forefront with TeleVantage v6.0 Integration!
Orlando, FL – Call Center Demo & Conference -- (May
13, 2003) – Copia International announces the successful
integration of their CopiaFacts software with TeleVantage 6.0,
the most recent release of Artisoft’s award-winning software-based
telephone system. This integration marks Copia’s continued
commitment to be a preferred provider of fax services and IVR solutions
for TeleVantage, having been compatible with every release of TeleVantage
since the phone system’s debut in March of 1998.
Your call center agents are more efficient if they can fax from
their desktop rather than having to get up and use a fax machine.
When TeleVantage users want to fax enable their agent desktops,
they turn to FaxFacts. As with previous TeleVantage versions, the
CopiaFacts software suite works in conjunction with the phone system
to add faxing capabilities, voice broadcasting, custom IVR scripting,
and call transfers to/from TeleVantage ACD queues. Copia currently
uses TeleVantage with CopiaFacts to implement a complete software-based
PBX system with individual fax and voice mailboxes for each agent.
