LAN Fax Server is a full-feature, easy-to-use fax server
that runs on a dedicated workstation or on Windows NT server. FaxFacts
Server is completely expandable and its open design integrates
easily with your other computer systems. The base program includes
all of the fax utilities businesses need, like broadcast faxing,
on-the-fly faxing, status reports, and graphical cover sheet attachments.
Additional utilities that expand performance are also available.
FaxFacts Server operates in a client/server
environment, consolidating maintenance and control at one or more
"server" CPUs, and linking access to an unlimited number
of "client" workstations. FaxFacts Server supports
all networks and installs directly on the Windows NT server. Users
can have incoming faxes directed to fax mailboxes, local printers,
or e-mail. With FaxFacts Server, outbound faxes can be faxed
to any number of recipients in seconds from a workstation. As an
additional purchase, you can also personalize each of those documents
using Copia's patent-pending mail merge to fax technology.
Adding fax capabilities to a local area network will
save your company valuable time and money. You can dramatically
reduce trips to the fax machine, as well as the accompanying office
distractions. The frustration of waiting, resending, and requesting
lost pages is gone because FaxFacts Server is performing
all of those functions behind the scenes. Additional workstation

A Windows NT workstation or server can support up to
24 lines per CPU. FaxFacts Server supports Brooktrout, Dialogic,
GammaFax, and PUREDATA, fax boards (2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 channels per
board). Under DOS, run FaxFacts Server on a 486 66mhz CPU
or better, with at least 4MB RAM to handle up to 8 lines per machine.
FaxFacts software prices start at $595 per phone
line. A complete system including a Brooktrout TruFax fax board
with FaxFacts software and a 4-user license is $1985. For
