field in the database for the recipients' fax numbers and FaxFacts
uses a special font to execute the merge. FaxFacts Mail Merge
can even attach additional documents before transmission.
When you hand your faxes off to FaxFacts, sit
back and watch it go. A special recorder tracks faxes until they
are complete. FaxFacts applications are programmed for intelligent
retries when faxes fail. It can also initiate partial resends to
correct part of a bulk fax operation. Speed is another big benefit.
Information is dispersed quickly so you can begin collecting feedback
immediately. A Do Not Send feature (DNS) can globally remove a customer
from the fax broadcast database.
