Naperville, IL -- August 31, 1999 -- Copia International,
Ltd. Announced today at the ICCM Conference & Exposition on
Call Center Management that until September 15, 1999 Commetrex will
be offering an additional discount on PowerFax M-Series fax boards
for use with Copia's flagship product, FaxFacts® fax broadcasting
software for Windows NT.
The Commetrex PowerFax M-T1 (winner of a Computer Telephony Editor's
Choice award, offers FaxFacts users the most bang for the buck.
A T1 fax broadcast server using a Commetrex M-T1 fax board can be
set up at about half the per-line cost of comparable hardware. The
board has an integrated T1 digital trunk, six 50 MIPs DSPs, an on-board
386 processor, and an MVIP-compliant telephony interface.
Commetrex uses DSP technology to cut the cost of multi-line fax
boards in half. The PowerFax M-Series includes 4-,8-, and 24-port
(T1) models. While cutting costs, the Commetrex boards do not sacrifice
any of the reliability and performance associated with fax boards

connection rate in the industry.
Copia FaxFacts® Fax software, provides easy-to-use software
to help manage fax broadcast jobs. Each job is assigned an owner,
an identifier, and a type such as marketing pieces, product announcements
or whatever you prefer. The job can then be assigned a priority,
a recipient list, and delivery time and date. The job administrator
can monitor jobs, cancel or pause a job, archive a job, and change
job priority. Upon job completion, job owners may be notified by
e-mail, specify reports to run, archive their jobs, or specify job
specific processing to be done. FaxFacts not only makes "fax
blasting" possible, but practical, as well for Call Centers.
