Override the Lowest Transmission Speed Allowed
$baud_min baud
This command sets the lowest baud rate allowed for image transmission. If the baud rate drops below the minimum during transmission, the call will be terminated.
Important note: this command affects all outbound operations done with this user profile, including broadcasts and server operations.
CopiaFacts does not prevent you from setting the minimum baud rate to be greater than the maximum baud rate. If this is the case on a system supporting both commands, all faxes will fail.
The parameter on this command is used as follows:
| baud | minimum rate, a multiple of 2400 up to 33600 |
Hardware Issues: This command is currently not available on Gammalink fax boards.
Default: If this command is not used in the user profile, the value specified for the line with the $baud_min command in the configuration file is used. If there is no applicable command in the configuration file, all baud rates will be acceptable.
Example:
$baud_min 7200 ; stop transmission if under 7200 baud
