Override Fax Retry Parameters (obsolete)
$fax_retry retries attempts delay [pgretry [option]]
This command is obsolete and is only of interest to sites running some nodes with version 5 of FaxFacts. When used, it is equivalent to specifying $retry_delays commands for all outcome classes with delay strings derived from the command parameters.
When present on input, this command is copied to the output FS file, if written.
