Specify Image Description for Credit Card
$credit_desc desc
This command may be added to each fax-on-demand infobox information file that includes information that must be paid for, to supply a text description of the charge. The description is copied by CopiaFacts to the $credit_desc FS file command, so that the description can be included on the cover sheet when you fax the information to the caller.
The system variables @CRDESC and @CRNDESC will have the descriptions for printing on the cover sheet. You may include one of these variables multiple times in the cover sheet template and it will expand to each description in turn. The @CRDESC variable only expands to values of actual descriptions, whereas the @CRNDESC variable expands to either the description, or the requested image number if there is no description.
The parameter on this command is used as follows:
| desc | the required text description. If the description contains any spaces it must be enclosed in double quotes. |
If you place this command in a $type group infobox, it will be used for all the items in the group which follow it in the infobox file. Because the CRDESC and CRNDESC system variables suppress duplicates, only one line for the group will then appear on the cover sheet. By the same token, this command in a regular infobox is ignored when the corresponding document is added to the image list as part of a group which has its own credit description.
Default: none (blank description)
