If you wish to add capacity to your system in the form of additional lines or licensed features, a new license key will be issued by Copia or your CopiaFacts reseller. Run the FFHWL program which will display the current license limits from FAXCOUNT.HWL. Then make the changes you need on the screen, either by entering a new count in the appropriate box, or by clicking with a mouse as indicated to increase the value. For example, if you are adding two fax outbound lines to your system, increase the value in the 'outbound fax lines' box by two.
Next, type the new alphanumeric license key into the 'license key' box, which will allow you to save the modified HWL file. The HWL file cannot be saved unless the values on the screen correspond to the computed license key.
Finally, configure the additional resources on the machines/lines pages if necessary.
