Brooktrout Netaccess Digital Interface boards are available and supported by CopiaFacts in T1 and E1 versions. The software for the board is installed separately from the Brooktrout Fax Board(s) to which it is connected using an internal MVIP ribbon cable. If you use ISA boards for either or both of the board types, they require separate IRQ settings which are made using the jumpers on the board. PCI boards do not require manual IRQ allocation.
Netaccess Installation and Software Configuration
It is most important that you follow all the steps detailed separately in the subsidiary topics below for each board type and software release. Your CopiaFacts installation will not work properly unless you do this. Your CopiaFacts supplier will provide more information and assistance on these procedures if required.
