For applications which generate FS files, the pages and begin_page parameters of the $fax_filename command may be used to specify a partial transmission of the document. This selection of pages from the document is processed independently of the partial retry logic. The selection of pages from a multiple-page TIFF file is currently only possible with the Dialogic FAX40 (VFX/40) board and with Brooktrout fax boards.
This feature was incompletely implemented in earlier releases of FaxFacts. These parameters are no longer designated for use in the implementation of partial retries, but are now available for user control of page selection.
