Get Job Instance Status

Inputs:  Parm1 = Job Instance UJP pathname

Output:  Parm2 = Status name

Returns: Status Code or <0 for error
         -1 = Cannot open/read JST file

This function returns the numeric value of the status of a job instance, together with a description of the status value. If the status description returned contains a '|' character, then the part before this delimiter is an abbreviated version and that after the delimiter is a longer version.
