Customizing CopiaFacts > Infobox Pre- and Post-Processing

CopiaFacts has the ability to transfer to an 'infobox' to perform pre-and post-processing of fax, voice and e-mail transmissions. This feature extends CopiaFacts scripting beyond its original purpose to control an IVR or fax-on-demand session. It is now possible to use the full power of scripting to permit pre-processing of outbound items, and post-processing of both outbound and inbound items.
