When you renew your CopiaFacts maintenance and support option, a new license key will be issued by Copia or your CopiaFacts reseller. Run the FFHWL program which will display the current license limits from FAXCOUNT.HWL. Then change the maintenance date (normally just the year) and type the new alphanumeric license key into the 'license key' box, which will allow you to save the modified HWL file. The HWL file cannot be saved unless the values on the screen correspond to the computed license key.
Setting the maintenance date forward will allow you to use any new releases of CopiaFacts software issued during the maintenance period. It has no effect on the software versions you are already using, which will continue to run even if you decline renewal of your CopiaFacts maintenance and support option.
