Set Commetrex BladeWare local IP address

This program has been replaced by the graphical-interface program OTFCONFIG which has similar functionality.
This program is used after installing the CopiaFacts interface for Commetrex BladeWare, to specify the local IP address for the machine. It should specify an IP address associated with the adapter which will be used on the node for SIP traffic.
The program starts the OTF core programs, edits the sip_rsm_profile configuration file, and creates the SIP profile. The OTF core is then shut down. The Bladeware service (and COPIAFACTS) should be stopped before running the program, and restarted afterwards.
The ipaddress specified is syntax-checked but is not otherwise validated.
