Update the job statistical summary
Inputs: Parm1 = Job Instance UJP pathname
Parm2 = SRFsssss where:
S is increment for sent (0 or 1)
R is increment for retry (0 or 1)
F is increment for fail (0 or 1)
sssss is increment for seconds
Returns: 0 = success
<0 = error
This function updates the job summary values. It is designed to be called to update the file after each transmission, when the increment in the SENT, RETRY and FAIL fields can be no more than one.
