These two types of command file share the majority of their commands. Where the list below indicates just USR or UJP, this indicates the most usual use of the command, not that it is impossible to use it in the other file type.
The User Profile (.USR file) describes the operations and options for a particular CopiaFacts application. User profile files are kept in the directory specified by the $user_profiles command in your configuration file. You can specify in you're the configuration file that each line is to have a different user profile, or you can have multiple lines which all operate with the same user profile. A user profile can also be selected by means of DID, and if so its filename must be numeric and correspond to the DID number.
The User Job Properties (.UJP file) describes the options for job-based CopiaFacts outbound applications. Job Properties files are kept in subdirectories below the directory specified by the $user_jobs command in your configuration file. There are four levels of Job Properties file: System, Owner, Job Type, and Job Instance. For most Job Administration applications the properties are maintained by the JOBADMIN program and it is not therefore necessary to edit the commands in the .UJP file directly.
