Job Administration voice broadcasts involve no documents (no $job_document is used), but can be set up to perform either the same operation, or customized operations, for each recipient.  Apart from playing messages, a voice broadcast can also initiate an IVR session by prompting the person called and awaiting DTMF responses.

The same message/IVR for all recipients

The $voice_phone template command will contain a fixed infobox identifier in addition to the list column specification for the telephone number. The selected infobox will play the message and the infobox sequence will finish by transferring to one of the states described for $voice_phone.

Note that an $image_locn command must always be supplied in the job instance UJP to allow the system to locate the infobox and voice files.

Messages/IVR customized for each recipient

The $voice_phone template command can contain an infobox identifier in the form of a column number in the broadcast list (@BCFx).  This allows the message to be selected by data in the list.

Alternatively, any BCFx or other variables can be used in the infobox sequence to control the playing of messages or the IVR prompts and responses.

Note that an $image_locn command must always be supplied in the job instance UJP to allow the system to locate the infobox and voice files.
