Simple Fax Broadcast Generator

The WBC program maintains simple broadcast lists and launches fax broadcasts. It is designed principally for personal broadcasts and smaller lists, in contrast to the FFBC broadcast generator which is more suited to fax bureau large-scale broadcast operations.
WBC supports lists with comma-separated fields or tab-separated fields. 'Comma' separation uses the separator defined in Windows regional settings.
WBC is normally used interactively and can either launch a full broadcast or can launch the first item as a test. The fax number for the test can either be the number from the first item or a different number which you specify.
