Specify the internal name and file name for a monitor events list
$monitor_list chan internalname listname
This command specifies the internal name and the pathname of a list of events to be monitored, with a message written as each monitored state or call progress state is reached during call processing. For details of the list syntax and other aspects of this feature, see Real-Time Status Monitoring.
The parameters on this command are used as follows:
| chan | the channel number or channel group(s) affected, or * for all channels. Note that this is a channel group but the first parameter on the $monitor_qname command is a node name. Channel groups for which the same internal name is assigned must not overlap. |
| internalname | the name you wish to assign to the list. The same name can be assigned to multiple, non-overlapping channel groups (with different list names). |
| listname | the full pathname of the text file containing the list of events to be monitored for the channel group. |
The internal name will be used as the value of the MONITOR_LIST control variable to select a list of monitored events.
Example:
$channel_group BROOKTROUT 1-30 ; first set up channel groups
$channel_group DIVA 31-60
$monitor_list BROOKTROUT WATCHFAX @FFBASE\BTLIST.TXT
$monitor_list DIVA WATCHFAX @FFBASE\DIVALIST.TXT
