Show message in COPIAFACTS trace file
$trace_file [/varname] "text"
This command replaces the TRACE_LINE variable. It shows a message in the engine trace. When enabled, you can optionally condition the display of the trace line by setting variables to enable specific commands.
The parameters on this command are used as follows:
| varname | The name of a variable which, if empty, will suppress the message being displayed in the trace. |
| text | The text of the message to display. The infobox name and channel number in the file are appended ahead of the message. Variables are expanded, but you should avoid referencing system variables which have side-effects when they are referenced. |
Examples:
$trace_line "The value of variable MY_PRINTER is @MY_PRINTER"
$set_var lowlevel yes
...
$trace_line /lowlevel "Displayed only when lowlevel is defined and non-empty"
