Show Precise File Time
CFUTIL FILETIME [filespec]
This utility displays the precise creation and modification times, including milliseconds, of specified files. This may sometimes be useful to verify the exact sequence of operations when unexpected outcomes are encountered.
If no filespec parameter is supplied, the default *.* which lists all the files in the current folder. Wildcards may be included in the filespec filename.
Example:
CFUTIL FILETIME 00007234.FS
Create: 2016/02/15 13:45:12.153 Last Write: 2016/02/15 13:45:12.153 00007324.FS
