OTFSTART
This utility should no longer be run from CFUTIL or CFUTILITY
This utility is used to stop all processes of the Commetrex BladeWare service (if running) and then restart the service.
It may be run from a batch file yy OMACHECK on restarting a node. It can also be run on starting COPIAFACTS, which is controlled by the value of environment variable BLADEWARESERVICE.
This command has no parameters. It normally requires elevation on systems using User Account Control, but is run by CopiaFacts using the OMA_BW scheduled task, which avoids a UAC prompt. The BladeWare service may take several minutes to start.
When this program is run automatically by COPIAFACTS in service mode, its output is written to the engine FTx trace file instead of to the console.
