Supported Hardware and Ports
Commetrex BladeWare is supported for Fax over IP (SIP, FoIP). The old BladeWare drivers for Sangoma boards are no longer supported in current CopiaFacts versions.
The CopiaFacts interface DLL CF9OF.DLL supports BladeWare.

| The last supported BladeWare release is 2.4.18.0. If you are using a different release number, even if the number appears higher than this, you should upgrade to 2.4.18.0. |
Copia are aware that at some sites BladeWare will sometimes crash or reach a 'Bad Session' state. We are able to detect these conditions and will suppress OMA file updates do that OMACHECK will detect the shutdown and warn you. OMACHECK must also be configured to reboot the machine or VM on which the BladeWare error occurred.
| Do not attempt just to restart BladeWare or COPIAFACTS after a BladeWare crash or a BladeWare 'Bad Session' (both of which will be reported in the COPIAFACTS trace file). A REBOOT in these circumstances is REQUIRED. |
