When a new license key is installed to reduce the number of channels or license features in use, it is VERY IMPORTANT to make these configuration changes first, before you change the license counts.
•Select "CopiaFacts Channels" on the main CFHWL screen and reduce the counts/range of the configured channels of each type
•Then, on the main View/Edit License display, reduce channel counts and unckeck unwanted features
Failure to follow this sequence may result in channel settings for the channel range being lost. Cancel and start again to avoid this.
If all channels of a specific type, or port supplier are to be removed, finish by removing this from the boards/ports list.
Save the configuratrion before adding channels of a different type, or additional features.
