Active Directory Interface Test Utility
FFTESTAD
This utility can be used to check your connection to AD and to test the retrieval of user data in preparation for using CopiaFacts Active Directory Integration.
The top left field contains the node name on the $ad_connect command in use by FFTESTAD. If run on a COPIAFACTS engine node, it will use the command for the engine node name, if present and ahead of any command with a * node name in FAXFACTS.CFG; otherwise it will use one with a * node name, if present.
The list of fields specified in the ADP_PROPERTIES environment variable (as $environment or in the Windows System environment settings) is displayed in the property pull-down controls and in the retrieved data area.
You can simulate both automatic AD look-up based on DNIS and on sender e-mail or login (in the top right field group), and also the use of $ad_get_user in scripts to look up User Properties (in the central field group).
If you have a $dnis_scan AD command in FAXFACTS.CFG, you should enter only the selected DNIS digits in the DNIS box to be matched.
