This appendix summarizes the facilities provided in CopiaFacts for integrators who require direct control of fax inbound and outbound operations, bypassing higher-level features such as automatic document conversion, smart retry, and priority management.
These facilities are provided to allow integration with customer applications and will require interface development on the part of the customer, and in some cases also by Copia. As far as possible, customer applications will be independent of the boards/ports to be supported by the fax server.
