What outcome error codes are you seeing in STATUS, and does this help you resolve the problem?
Are the same errors being made on multiple nodes? If not, what are the differences between the nodes?
If the errors relate to the documents being faxed, start FFTRACE and configure to collect trace output from CVSINGLE and F9IMAGE under File/Applications, and then submit more tests.
If the errors relate to SIP errors, XCAPI or BladeWare SIP trace files may be needed,
