Frequently Asked Questions
Can Copia run my voice broadcast?
No, Copia provides you the software to do voice broadcast yourself.
If you are not ready to bring voice broadcasting in-house, we do
have a list of service bureaus we can refer you too.
How many lines can VoiceFacts support?
There is virtually no limit to the number of lines (ports) that
a VoiceFacts system can support. Due to current board limitations
you can only support 96 lines per chassis. These computers can be
networked together to make larger systems.
How much does VoiceFacts cost?
Since Copia sells software direct and through a worldwide network
of resellers we do not post pricing information on our website.
Please contact Copia or one of our resellers for a quote on a system.
Is voice broadcasting hard to implement?
No, it no different than any other broadcast with CopiaFacts. All
you need is a voice recording and a list of recipients.
What databases can my list come from?
Currently you have the ability to import lists from a CopiaFacts
address book, Exchange/Outlook contacts, GoldMine/ACT Contacts,
LDAP and Active Directory services, ADO/OLE/ODBC, Access, SQL Server,
xBase, Excel, all text base files, Fox Pro, Oracle and more!
What type of voice files do you support?
VoiceFacts comes with it's own recording studio, but you are also
able to use ADPCM, PCM, OKIADPCM, .vox, and .wav files.
Can I set when my voice broadcast goes out?
Yes, the transmission times are totally configurable as well as
which lines service which numbers.
